At FDI, Ford Spain’s Training Center, we continue to champion initiatives that bridge the gap between industry and new generations while fostering young talent in technological fields.
Last week, our Ford Almussafes facility hosted the semifinal of the ASTI Robotics Challenge, one of the leading educational robotics competitions in the country. Throughout the day, students from various educational levels put their knowledge to the test by designing and programming robots capable of tackling challenges linked to industrial automation.
These types of competitions do more than just boost technical learning; they also foster key professional skills such as teamwork, creativity, communication, and problem-solving.
Furthermore, the event featured a collaboration with the Women of Ford association, reinforcing our commitment to promoting female talent in STEM fields and contributing to greater diversity within the industrial sector.
FDI would like to congratulate all participating teams for their dedication, hard work, and the high level of skill demonstrated throughout the competition.
